How to place and order

Ordering with us is a simple and easy process, there are several ways in which you can place an order :


You can order via our Online catalogue 24 hours a day and choose which store you would like to either pick up or deliver from. You can include any special instructions in the “Comments’ field during the online process.  Please note that you should receive a confirmation email if and when your order is confirmed. If you do not receive this please contact us at[email protected].

Note that we do require at least 48 hours notice for orders placed online.

Refund Policy
We are unable to offer a refund unless your cupcakes are faulty.

We accept Cash (in store), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We are happy to advise that we do not surcharge for using American Express cards.
