We ordered a birthday cake from Cupcake Factory for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and we couldn’t have been happier!

The cake was absolutely beautiful — even our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous it was. The decorations were so detailed and adorable, and all the kids were fascinated by the cake. They were so curious about all the little decorations that they couldn’t wait to try it!

The cake also tasted amazing. It looked stunning on the outside and tasted just as good on the inside, which is not always easy to find with a beautifully decorated cake.

The home delivery was another big plus. The cake arrived very quickly and safely at our address, which made the whole birthday preparation so much easier.

Grace from the Cupcake Factory was amazing.
Time just flew by and i had to place a last minute order. Grace was extremely helpful from the cake itself, delivery options as well as follows ups when needed. She was very patient, professional and helpful wven though i called so many times with a million questions.

First purchase was a cake for my baby shower which was a hit and the second purchase was personalised cupcakes with our football club logo for end of year team dinner. The kids loved them.
