Cancellation Policy
As all of our cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats are freshly made to order, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis and carefully manage our production schedule to ensure every order meets the high standards we're known for.
When you place an order, we reserve production capacity specifically for you. Our team begins planning staff rosters, ordering ingredients and preparing decorations in advance, particularly for custom cakes and products that require significant design and preparation work. As a result, once a date reaches capacity, we may need to decline other customer orders.
To ensure we can continue delivering the quality and service our customers expect, the following cancellation policy applies:
More Than 2 Business Days' Notice
If you provide more than 2 business days' notice prior to your delivery or collection date, we are happy to offer one of the following options:
- A full refund
- A full store credit for future use
- Postponement of your order to a future date (subject to availability)
For example, if your order is scheduled for Saturday, we must receive your cancellation request by Wednesday.
2 Business Days' Notice or Less
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 business days of the scheduled delivery or collection date are not eligible for a refund or store credit. By this stage, your order may already be prepared or substantially underway, with ingredients purchased, production time allocated and decorations completed.
In these circumstances, your order can still be delivered or collected as planned. Alternatively, if you no longer require the order, we can dispose of the product on your behalf.
