Available in a range of sizes and flavours — including Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, and Marble (Choc and Vanilla) — to suit gatherings large and small.

Delivery available across Sydney. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Store Pick Up
Our store opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm and
- Saturday 8.30am - 1pm.
You can select a store pick up time slot at checkout.
Our address is Unit 6, 43 Herbert Street, Artarmon NSW 2064.
There is parking on site.
Allergens
- We don't have any nuts in the majority of our cupcakes (except the Indulgent range) but we do advise that there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen.
- All of our cakes and cupcakes have eggs.
- Our decorations also contain eggs.
- We don't have any dairy free cupcakes or lactose free cupcakes.
Storage Instructions
- We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest on the day of purchase. However, they will stay fresh for up to two days if they are stored correctly.
- We recommend storing the cupcakes at room temperature and as airtight as possible. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.
- We recommend storing the cake in the fridge overnight and then taking it out about 3-4 hours before your event to bring back to room temperature.

We ordered a birthday cake from Cupcake Factory for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and we couldn’t have been happier!
The cake was absolutely beautiful — even our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous it was. The decorations were so detailed and adorable, and all the kids were fascinated by the cake. They were so curious about all the little decorations that they couldn’t wait to try it!

For my daughter's 6th birthday we order this cake and we wanted to be delivered. Delivery and timing was all perfect. However the cake was not what we expected. Not sure is because we kept it over night in our freeze as we celebrate the birthday the next day- the cake was very hard and crumbled while we are slicing. Kids did not enjoyed the cake even as adults.
The butterfly cake was absolutely gorgeous, and delicious. My daughter was over the moon! The order was made so fast as well. Thanks guys! Will be ordering again!
