We don't have any nuts in the majority of our cupcakes (except the Indulgent range) but we do advise that there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen.
All of our cakes and cupcakes have eggs. Our decorations also contain eggs. We don't have any dairy free cupcakes or lactose free cupcakes.
We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest on the day of purchase. However, they will stay fresh for up to two days if they are stored correctly.
We recommend storing the cupcakes at room temperature and as airtight as possible. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.
We recommend storing the cake in the fridge overnight and then taking it out about 3-4 hours before your event to bring back to room temperature.

Absolutely incredible business. I have purchased cakes for family birthdays, my boss' family birthdays, work events, cakes and massive cupcake orders, I never buy anywhere else. SO reliable, the quality of the cakes in unsurpassed, the fact that I can track orders, they have never said no - even when I've given them 48hrs notice for 150 cupcakes...If every company I dealt with, ran like the smooth machine this cake shop does, I wouldn't have so many grey hairs. I recommend them to everyone I know and if you're reading this I recommend them to you too, you will NOT be disappointed. I first ordered with this co for my daughters 5th birthday... she's now 13. Ultimate professionalism! We place a large order with different mini plaques with specific colour icing. They were all perfect, the same and stunning. We created an issue with the delivery, owing to an internal breakdown in communication. When this was picked up by the team at The Cupcake Factory they gave us options on how they could resolve the issue, no fuss, no drama, just a perfect on time delivery. We will certainly be working with the team again real soon (and we promise to be organised) I would love to include a picture but everyone was too busy eating them and no one remembered. I ordered this cake for my mum’s 70th Birthday party and everyone was so impressed . They all took photos with it, the cake was the actual star of the party because it was too beautiful to eat! The delivery was fast and on time as expected, the driver was very helpful. The communication was great, although I had many questions, but the staff all answered me very professionally. The cake tasted so nicely, and not too sweet. I wish I had ordered a bigger size so I could have some more for the next few days. Highly recommending this bakery. We recently ordered an emerald and white drip cake for my father's 90th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was it beautifully presented, looking exactly like the photo online. it tasted incredible. Inside, the marble cake was moist and full of flavour, and the butter cream was silky smooth and delicious without being overly sweet. Every guest commented on how good it was.
