Delivery
Delivery available across Sydney. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Store Pick Up
Our store opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm and
- Saturday 8.30am - 1pm.
You can select a store pick up time slot at checkout.
Our address is Unit 6, 43 Herbert Street, Artarmon NSW 2064.
There is parking on site.
Allergens
- We don't have any nuts in the majority of our cupcakes (except the Indulgent range) but we do advise that there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen.
- All of our cakes and cupcakes have eggs.
- Our decorations also contain eggs.
- We don't have any dairy free cupcakes or lactose free cupcakes.
Storage Instructions
- We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest on the day of purchase. However, they will stay fresh for up to two days if they are stored correctly.
- We recommend storing the cupcakes at room temperature and as airtight as possible. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.
- We recommend storing the cake in the fridge overnight and then taking it out about 3-4 hours before your event to bring back to room temperature.

We ordered these for our work Christmas party and they were amazing. The ordering process, communication and delivery were all so easy and the cupcakes were delicious and everyone loved them! This is our second time ordering from here and have now become our go to cupcake company.
Ultimate professionalism! We place a large order with different mini plaques with specific colour icing. They were all perfect, the same and stunning. We created an issue with the delivery, owing to an internal breakdown in communication. When this was picked up by the team at The Cupcake Factory they gave us options on how they could resolve the issue, no fuss, no drama, just a perfect on time delivery. We will certainly be working with the team again real soon (and we promise to be organised) I would love to include a picture but everyone was too busy eating them and no one remembered. Huge thanks to the team for helping us deliver an awesome event.
Loved the quality of the logo on the cupcakes (the logo was of such good quality and looked very clear which we were super impressed with)! They looked amazing and the overall taste of the cupcakes were great too.
