Delivery available across Sydney. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Store Pick Up
Our store opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm and
- Saturday 8.30am - 1pm.
You can select a store pick up time slot at checkout.
Our address is Unit 6, 43 Herbert Street, Artarmon NSW 2064.
There is parking on site.
Allergens
- We don't have any nuts in the majority of our cupcakes (except the Indulgent range) but we do advise that there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen.
- All of our cakes and cupcakes have eggs.
- Our decorations also contain eggs.
- We don't have any dairy free cupcakes or lactose free cupcakes.
Storage Instructions
- We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest on the day of purchase. However, they will stay fresh for up to two days if they are stored correctly.
- We recommend storing the cupcakes at room temperature and as airtight as possible. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.
- We recommend storing the cake in the fridge overnight and then taking it out about 3-4 hours before your event to bring back to room temperature.

The service was fast, which I appreciated. However, I've ordered from this company before, and this time the quality of the cupcakes, both in taste and visual final result, wasn't quite up to the same standard.
I ordered the corporate logo cupcakes expecting a result similar to what's shown in their promotional photos. Unfortunately, the final product didn't match. The logos weren't centered on the sugar discs, and the frosting wasn't as full or polished as it appears in their marketing images. Overall, it felt like the website's photos set an expectation that the actual product didn't live up to.
This isn't a major issue, and I understand small variations happen. But as someone who pays attention to detail, this was enough to make me hesitant to order from them again in the future.
