How to place an order

You can order via our Online catalogue 24 hours a day and choose which store you would like to either pick up or deliver from. You can include any special instructions in the “Comments’ field during the online process. Please note that you should receive a confirmation email if and when your order is confirmed. If you do not receive this please contact us at info@thecupcakefactory.com.au

Note that we do require at least 48 hours notice for orders placed online.

We are unable to offer a refund unless your cupcakes are faulty.
