We don't have any nuts in the majority of our cupcakes (except the Indulgent range) but we do advise that there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen.

All of our cakes and cupcakes have eggs. Our decorations also contain eggs. We don't have any dairy free cupcakes or lactose free cupcakes.

We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest on the day of purchase. However, they will stay fresh for up to two days if they are stored correctly.

We recommend storing the cupcakes at room temperature and as airtight as possible. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.

We recommend storing the cake in the fridge overnight and then taking it out about 3-4 hours before your event to bring back to room temperature.

Please note: All our cupcakes/cakes are individually handmade and made to order with great care and attention to detail. Therefore, slight variations in colour, design, and decoration may occur. While we make every effort to replicate the design you have chosen as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Each cupcake is unique, and these variations are part of what makes your cake one of a kind. Thank you for understanding and supporting our business. Please click here for our FAQs

When is Pride Month?

Pride Month runs 1–30 June each year. Many workplaces mark the occasion with morning teas, team talks, and inclusive activities throughout June.

How do I organise an office Pride Month party?

Use a short plan and keep service friction-free.

  • Pick a date in June and book a space (kitchen, lobby or meeting room)

  • Invite: calendar hold + short message of support

  • Table setup: flags/garlands, napkins, plates (if needed), rubbish/recycling

  • Food: Pride Month Cupcakes, fruit skewers, nuts/crisps, lollies

  • Drinks: still/sparkling water, lemonade; provide cups and a napkin stack

  • Accessibility: label flavours and common allergens; provide a few plain options

  • Optional: donation jar for an LGBTQIA+ charity, pronoun stickers, quick housekeeping speech
  • Photos: snap group pics by the cupcake table and share on internal channels

What should I bring to a Pride event?

Bring a box of Pride Month Cupcakes—colourful, photo-friendly, and easy to share at parades, picnics, school or office events. They travel well and set up fast on any communal table.

  • Works for: parades, morning teas, community stalls, after-work drinks

  • Visual impact: tall rainbow buttercream swirls that pop in photos

  • Service: grab-and-go portions (no knives/plates needed)

How do I style a simple Pride table at home or work?

Keep it bright, neat, and self-serve so guests can mingle.

  • Decor: rainbow flags, mini bunting/garlands, mixed-colour napkins

  • Serveware: white or black platters/risers to make colours pop

  • Food add-ons: fruit skewers, chips/pretzels, lollies in rainbow jars

  • Drinks: chilled water with citrus, lemonade, light sparkling

  • Signage: small card noting flavours/allergens

  • Cupcaker Centrepiece: place the Pride Month Cupcakes in the middle for easy reach and photos

How can I bake Pride cupcakes myself?

Yes—here’s a simple method.

  1. Bake and cool vanilla cupcakes.

  2. Split buttercream into six bowls; tint red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.

  3. Lay cling film on the bench; pipe each colour in a row to form a strip.

  4. Roll into a log, snip one end, and load into a piping bag with an open-star tip.

  5. Pipe tall swirls; finish with sprinkles or mini flags.

This is achievable, but colouring and multi-colour piping are time-consuming. Ordering Pride Month Cupcakes from The Cupcake Factory gives you uniform swirls and a clean finish in a ready-to-serve box.

What do gay Pride cupcakes look like?

Each cupcake has a bold rainbow buttercream swirl with a smooth, neat finish for a bright, celebratory look. The colours read clearly in photos for internal comms, newsletters and social posts.

Why buy Pride cupcakes instead of making them myself?

Buying Pride cupcakes saves time and guarantees consistency. Useful when you need dozens to look identical.

  • Uniform decoration across the box

  • No mixing multiple colours or cleaning piping bags

  • Arrives ready to serve; focus on setup and guests

What sizes of Pride cupcakes are available and how many do they serve?

Choose the size that suits your crowd and format. You can always buy multiple packs to cater for larger crowds.

  • Mini (box of 12): best for grazing tables and mixed dessert spreads

  • Regular (box of 12): classic single-serve for morning teas and celebrations

What flavours can I pick for Pride cupcakes?

Select one flavour or an assortment to please different tastes.

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate

  • Red Velvet

  • Choc and Vanilla (assorted)

How much notice do I need when ordering Pride Month cupcakes?

Allow 48 hours’ notice for baking and decoration so everything is prepared fresh.
