Ordering

How Long in advance do I need to place an order?

Generally we ask for at least 48 hours notice for our standard orders. If you are requesting a customized cake we usually ask for 1 – 2 weeks notice depending on the complexity of the cake and designs. Please feel free to contact us however if you have an urgent order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements if we can!

What size and file type do I need to send my Corporate Logo?

Please send us your Corporate Logos or photos via email and in JPEG form, with files being NO larger than 1MG in size.

Can I add a message to my order and how much does this cost?

Yes we can add a message to your order and there is no additional charge for this

I want to do a Bulk order of cupcakes but don’t want to do it individually online. Can I send you a spreadsheet for you to provide us with a quote?

Yes definitely send us a spreadsheet with the list of suburbs and quantities and we can provide a quote for you.

What is the cut off for Saturday orders?

Thursday 6pm is the cutoff date for delivery or Pick-Up orders on a Saturday.

Delivery

Where to you deliver?

We deliver to most locations in Sydney Metropolitan. We do not deliver outside of Sydney.

What do you charge for delivery?

Our deliveries are charged based on the distance from our Drummoyne store. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout when you enter your post code.

What time do you deliver?

We generally deliver all orders between 9am – 2pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. For Sydney CBD orders, we deliver between 7am to 10am. The time of the delivery will depend on what orders we have for delivery on the day and the courier route.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message when the courier picks up your order and you will be given an ETA for delivery. You can also track your courier live for ETA.

Can I request a delivery time?

You can request a delivery time using the special requirements box at checkout. However, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a time critical event, we recommend that you pick up or have it delivered the day before. Our cakes can be stored in the fridge and our cupcakes at room temperate for serving the next day.

Can you do same day delivery?

In some instances, we can, but the delivery will be made via a courier not our own driver and this may cost extra. We always have our selection of our delicious cupcakes available in store for purchase on the day. You can also order a selection of our products for same day delivery using Uber Eats and Door Dash.

What happens if I order a gift and the recipient is not home to receive it?

If it is safe the driver will leave at the location. If not, e.g. an apartment block where there is
no reception /lobby/parcel area then the driver will not be able to delivery and will return the items to the shop for redelivery the next day. A redelivery fee will be charged to you if the driver is required to re deliver.

Can you deliver direct to the restaurant and what time?

We can deliver to a restaurant, however, it is your responsibility to check if the restaurant will accept your delivery and store it. On Saturdays we deliver in the morning so please confirm that the restaurant will be open and also that they will accept in the morning. We have had instances where customers have advised that the restaurant will accept a delivery and they have not checked. In this instance, the order will be returned to our store and a redelivery fee will apply.

Our store opening hours are:

Tuesday – Friday 9am to 3pm and Saturday 8.30am – 1pm

Products

How long do your cupcakes last?

Our cupcakes can last up to 2 – 3 days from the date of purchase depending on how you store your cakes and the temperature and environment in the stored location. That said, the cupcakes are freshest on the day of purchase.

What size is your standard sized topcake?

Our standard sized topcake is 6 inches and this feeds about 6 – 8 people. The next sized topcake is the 8 inch cake which feeds about 13-15 people. We can also do two or three tiered cakes which are 8 inch , 6 inch and 4 inch in size.

How do I store my cakes? How long will they last?

Our cupcakes are best stored in an airtight container, at room temperature and out of the fridge. They will last for 2-3 days this way. Cakes can be stored overnight in the fridge then brought out 3-4 hours before serving.

Do the cupcakes or cakes contain peanuts or nuts ?

The majority of our cupcakes do not contain any peanuts or nut prodcuts , however we do make cupcakes in our kitchen that contain nuts ( eg Peanut Butter cupcake , rocky road etc) . Given this we do advise that our cupcakes may contain traces of nuts.

I have a specific cupcake / cake design - how can I sent this to you?

We would prefer that you email us a picture of what

Special Diets: Gluten Free, Dairy Free etc

We do offer Gluten Free cupcakes and cakes in Chocolate only. We do not offer Dairy-free, Egg-free or Sugar-free products.
